Earthling Collective

Fall 2025: September 21 - December 31

Join the Earthing Collective: a 100 Day journey dedicated to experience, reflection, and discovery

Honoring the seasons and cycles of change, our cohort will start on the Fall Equinox, September 21. As the land transforms from autumn to winter, we’ll learn and grow as we bring attention and awareness to our mindfulness practice for a consistent period over 100 days.

Together, we will breathe, flow, journal, and enjoy stillness. Each individual will document their journey of development overtime. We’ll explore different styles of yoga and meditation, forest therapy and nature walks, journaling and creative arts, and also group silence and group sharing circles.

The emphasis of the program is on direct experience AND self-reflection that occurs over a period of time to deepen our self-knowledge. The more we constantly engage in our practice, the more we can nurture our self-relationships to reveal new insights. This program fills the gaps between individual practice sessions.

To apply, complete an application by September 10. You will be notified if you are accepted into the cohort by September 14. If accepted, a $50 non-refundable deposit will be collected. At the end of the program, you may offer an additional donation to the program facilitator.

How it works:

Each Sunday, you will receive a seasonal invitation to explore for the week. You’ll be encouraged to keep a daily log to make observations regarding your practice. At the end of each week, you’ll be invited to look through your content and reflect. Our cohort will meet online each week for a group practice and to share insights. Every four weeks, we will meet in the forest for an in-person gathering, structured as a mini-retreat attuned to the seasonal shifts. Through participation in this program, you will also be invited to register for an in-person silent retreat December 11-14.

The program will run for 100 days from September 21-December 31. All in-person gatherings will occur in north-central WV. The exact dates of online and in-person gatherings will be determined by the cohort.

What’s Included in the Collective:

  • Daily support and sharing opportunities with our circle cohort in our private group

  • Weekly online gatherings consisting of yoga, meditation, forest therapy, journaling, & sharing - a total of 15 practices

  • In-person, 3-hour forest gatherings once a month - a total of 4 in-person practices

  • Invitation to attend a four-day silent retreat in December (additional cost)

This cohort is for seekers looking to dive deeper and explore their inner being using an experiential approach. Experiential approaches rely on reflection, critical analysis, and synthesis. This class is not just a “how to” class, but hinges on experience + post-experience processing.

We’ll co-create this experience together, meaning you are not just a participant, but you are actively developing self-awareness skills that contribute to our circle collective when shared authentically. Meaning, together we all create this experience by what we all contribute. This is not a hierarchical experience where the facilitator feeds information and teaches right from wrong, but each individual contributes to our greater understanding.

As the program develops, each individual carves their own path towards greater self-discovery. Along our journey, we will explore authenticity and transparency within our own beings and also within our circle. We’ll leave behind the small talk and chit chat, and honor our energetic well-being through purposeful conversations and shared silence.

Beginners are welcome to join, but some prior experience with yoga and meditation is helpful to provide a foundation to grow from. The 100 day program is developed to add consistency and accountability to your existing practice. Maybe you’ve been practicing for a while and feel stagnant. Maybe you’ve been longing for community even though this practice is most done individually.

This program is truly a special opportunity to practice deep embodiment by weaving together our individual and collective growth and development.
